  5. Tennis Elbow
The galdatorial rivalry of today's elite tennis players, such as Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer has propelled the popularity of tennis to an unprecedented level. The stresses of long matches and increased demands they place on the human body means even elite tennis players suffer from injuries. The same injuries are also common amongst recreational players. Mantis tennis balls - NEW in our assortment!

Stage 1,2 and 3 tennis balls - more fun to play with!

Kids mini tennis balls are always popular. The innovative concept "Play and Stay" of the ITF is a way to make tennis more attractive for children and beginners.
The idea: There are three different levels of reduced-pressure tennis balls that are not so fast, do not jump as high and that are easier to see. Thus, the rally will be slower and although you might be a beginner you can already play points even after the first hour of tennis training. This enables kids to have fun and to compete from the first second. The three levels are 25%, 50% and 75% reduced pressure compared to a normal tennis ball.

New in our assortment are tennis balls from the brand Mantis. With stage 1 (25%), stage 2 (50%) and stage 3 (75%) we offer the ideal tennis ball for every target group.

The rise of Poland

Tennis players with Polish roots!

Tennis players with Polish backgrounds have been shooting up the the world rankings for a while now, building up their reputations and those of the "foster" nations they represent.
Caroline Wozniacki of Denmark, Wimbledon finalist Sabine Lisicki of Germany, Lisicki's fellow German Angelique Kerber and Canadian Aleksandra Wozniak, all have Polish parents or grandparents and speak fluent Polish. On the men's side, Switzerland's Stanislas Wawrinka has Polish ancestry, as his surname suggests. But this year's Wimbledon has been a tennis party for Poland itself, with the country boasting a player in both the men's and women's semifinals. Poland was guaranteed its first male Grand Slam semi-finalist in history when Jerzy Janowicz and Lukasz Kubot battled out the first all-Polish men's quarter final, which ended with a straight-sets win for the big serving Janowicz.
On the female side it was number 4 in the world Agnieszka Radwanska who almost made it to the finals before loosing against Sabine Lisicki 7-9 in the third set. Radwanska has now established herself in the top flight for several years and she will remain candidate for future grand slams titels.

Wimbledon is a good omen for Polish tennis players as we see it right now. At this year's Wimbledon they are all making tennis more famous, more popular even though Poland does not have a single grass court.Amazing !
